PIXAROX is an independent project and we answer every message ourselves. If something does not work, if a guide is wrong, or if you have a question before printing, write to us.

One inbox for everything: support, suggestions, press and privacy. We do not use forms that store your data on a server, so email is the direct route.
How long we take
Between 1 and 3 business days. This is a small project and we would rather answer well than answer fast with a template.
How we can help
- Mistakes or outdated information in one of our guides.
- Problems printing a plate or a keychain (settings, material, size).
- Codes that will not scan with one particular phone.
- Questions about privacy, cookies or how advertising works here.
- Suggestions for new guide topics or improvements to the tool.
- Commercial questions: using the codes in your business or reselling printed objects.
What we cannot do
- Recover generated files: the design never leaves your browser, so we keep no copy. Generate it again and you are set.
- Support your printer or slicer: we cannot diagnose a machine remotely, but we can tell you which settings to try.
- Remove ads on individual request: the site is free and funded by advertising. You can manage personalised ad preferences from the privacy policy.
Your message and your data
If you write to us, your address and the content of the email stay in the Gmail inbox we use to reply. We do not build mailing lists, we do not send newsletters, and we do not share your address with third parties. See the privacy policy for details.
